ADA Compliance Team, Inc. [ACT] is a “team” of professionals who know, understand, & specialize in Federal laws & California State Building regulations [CBC] as they pertain to compliance established by the ADA[Americans With Disabilities Act]. In other words, we perform site inspections to see if any of a client’s properties have all of their ADA elements compliant with current Federal & State laws & specifications. Once the inspection report has been completed, we review it to see which ADA elements need to be upgraded (brought up to current ADA/CBC specifications). We have a team of ADA-savvy subcontractors who are experts in removing & replacing asphalt, concrete, signage, TDs (truncated domes – detectable warnings), etc.
